Week 1: Digital Detox
Turn it all off—phone, laptop, TV—for a set period of time. Notice the stillness, then the relief.
Open Nesting reminds us: when we unplug, we plug back into ourselves.
DONE - I lasted 4 hours :)
Week 2: Dance By Yourself
Turn up your favorite song and let your body remember joy. Kitchen, living room, under the stars—it doesn’t matter. At a Didi Retreat, we dance barefoot as a reminder that movement is medicine. DONE - it felt wierd but I did it :)
Week 3 : Write a Kind Letter to Yourself
Put words on paper you’ve longed to hear: “I’m proud of you. You’re enough.”
Speaking to yourself with tenderness is its own form of coming home.
Week 4: Silent Day
Spend a day without talking, texting, or posting. Write instead of speaking. Listen instead of answering. At Didi Retreats, silence is built into sound baths, meditations, and ocean mornings.
Week 5: Travel to a Wellness Retreat.
Go away with other women, letting yourself be cared for and expanded.

Your own company is worth a reservation.
Week 8: Go to a Favorite Place Alone
Visit a café, park bench, bookstore, or beach—and don’t invite anyone. Make it yours.
✨ Claiming space for yourself is radical self-respect.
Week 9: Keep a Secret for Yourself
🌸 Do something lovely—buy yourself flowers, sneak off for a pastry, watch the sunset—and don’t tell anyone. Not your husband. Not your kids. Let it live only with you.
✨ An open nest doesn’t mean every corner is shared. Some pieces are yours alone.
Week 10: A Cultural Solo (Concert, Movie, Gallery)
🎶 🎬 🖼️ Buy the ticket. Go alone. Experience art without compromise.

Week 11: Visit a Place from Your Past
🏫 Return to your college campus, your first apartment, or the playground where your kids once ran. Notice how you’ve grown.
✨ The open nest is a chance to weave the past into your present with love.
Week 12: Take a Solo Adventure in Nature
🌊 Hike, kayak, walk barefoot on the beach. Let the earth remind you that you belong.
